Allspice

Allspice (also known as Jamaican pepper) is made from the ground dried, unripe berries of the Pimenta dioica tree. Its English name derives from its taste: a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. It is an essential ingredient for any jerk rub seasoning.

You'll find it among the spices in most supermarkets.
